This January, we’re asking you to take on a challenge and give up something else while raising money to fund ground-breaking MND research, support services and helping make time count for those affected by motor neuron disease

🌱 Take up gardening
🎨 Craft every day in January
🏃 Take on the ‘Couch to 5K’ challenge
🍫 Ditch chocolate or sweets for a full month
📱 Have a social media cleanse for a month
🍷 Take a break from alcohol during January
🍔 Avoid takeaway food for a month and donate the cost to MND Scotland
Whatever you choose as your personal challenge for January, remember to set up your fundraising page and share it with your family and friends – it might spur someone on to join you in your challenge!
