Take on the Kilomathon as part of Team MND Scotland!
At 13.1K, the Kilomathon is the perfect race distance for anyone looking to step up from a 10K and bridge the gap between a 10K and a half marathon, as well as anyone already preparing for a half or full marathon.
Attracting around 3,000 runners, this buzzing event is run on the Capital’s beautiful cycle path network, starting at Ocean Terminal beside the historic Royal Yacht Britannia (13.1k only) and finishing at the home of Scottish Rugby, Murrayfield Stadium.
As well as the 13.1K event, Kilomathon Scotland also offers;
- Mini Kilo (6-14 year olds) – The Mini Kilo is a fun race for kids and takes place inside Murrayfield Stadium, the home of Scottish Rugby.
- 6.5K (15 years and above) – Got a few 5ks under your belt and want to test yourself? The 6.5k is an ideal step-up from a 5K, or stepping stone to the 10K distance.
No matter your ability, by running as part of Team MND Scotland, every step you take and every penny you raise will bring us closer to our vision of a world without motor neuron disease. You’ll be helping us continue to fund pioneering research to find a cure and to support people with MND in Scotland, so they can spend the time they have left making precious memories with the ones they love.
