Welcome to Tralee Bay Chalet
Fancy having a relaxing break in a fully accessible chalet located in one of Scotland’s most scenic areas? Then find out more about our Tralee Bay Chalet.
If you live in the UK or Ireland, and you or someone in your party is living with MND, you can stay here for free on your first visit and save 50% if you stay for a second time within 12 months.
Following upgrades to our holiday accommodation, the lodges are now available to book by contacting holidays@mndscotland.org.uk.
In your email, please specify which accommodation you wish to book and your preferred dates. A member of the MND Scotland team will get back to you within five working days to discuss your stay.
Our accommodation is available for weekly stays, from Friday to Friday, and short breaks from Monday to Friday and Friday to Monday. We prioritise booking requests from people who have MND and are living in Scotland. If you do not meet these criteria, accommodation can only be booked four weeks in advance of your stay.

How to book
If you live in the UK or Ireland and have MND, or are booking for someone with MND, your first stay at the chalet is free.
If you book for a second time within 12 months, you’ll receive a 50% discount.*

Once you’ve requested dates using our booking system below, a member of our team will contact you to confirm your stay. However, bookings are not final until a confirmation email has been sent from our team.
If you’ve not had an MND diagnosis but are living with a disability or health condition, you will have to pay a fee to stay at Tralee Bay Chalet.
