To mark the beginning of Carer’s Week (12-18 June) we have launched a survey to find out more about the experiences of individuals who care for people with MND.
We would be grateful if carers could complete the survey and share their views to help us identify any areas where services for people with MND and their carers need to be improved.
To be in with a chance of winning £30 worth of Tesco vouchers, please complete the survey by Sunday 18 June and you will be entered into our prize draw.
